Yes! All critical information is encrypted in every transaction run through the Apps and the Mobile Web App, and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.

These terms and conditions also apply on all registered Users as well as unregistered Users in respect of all new services or features introduced on Application in future as well. This Agreement shall commence on the date the products (more fully set out in the Schedule) (“Product(s)”) are delivered to the Customer and remain in full force and effect until the fixed period [equivalent to the tenure of the contract that is agreed by the Customer while booking the Product(s)] expires and the Products is returned to Jagizmo /Business Partner, unless terminated earlier or extended pursuant to the tenure policy.
These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our Jagizmo application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). the App are jointly referred to as the Platform. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services on the Platform, and we request you to uninstall the App. By installing, downloading or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with Jagizmo and you signify your acceptance to this Terms of Use and other Jagizmo policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Take Down Policy) as posted on the Platform and amended from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Platform, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same. The delivery services invoices shall always be provided in the form of PDF and all other terms and conditions as enumerated in the Terms of Use are applicable as is.
Jagizmo Partner provides agreement has a specific start and end date its customers, an option to opt for tenure Policy for early closure and/or extension of the term of the Agreement. The Customer shall be liable to pay the early closure charges which shall be calculated on per day rental basis .The early closure charges shall be maximum up to the total amount of security deposit paid by the Customer. Any extension or early closure shall be done only through the Jagizmo Mobile Application. Jagizmo Services the right to revise the rental rates any time at its sole discretion. Jagizmo Partner provides its customer with different daily and monthly rental rates depending on the tenure of the Agreement at the time of order placement.
In addition to the daily and monthly rental, the Customer shall pay a refundable security deposit. The Security Deposit shall not carry any interest for the entire tenure. The Security Deposit shall be refunded to the Customer on the termination and after taking delivery of all the Products from the possession of the Customer. Once the final quality check is performed on all the Products, and in case no damage is found, the Security Deposit shall be refunded within 7 working days to the Customer. Jagizmo refund the Security Deposit to the account from which initial the Security Deposit was paid by the Customer with 2 % deducted transaction charges, The same account details shall be confirmed at the time of the reverse pick up of the Products. In case any damage is found in any Product, Jagizmo shall have the right to deduct the charges for the damages or monthly dues from the Security Deposit paid by the Customer and shall refund the remaining amount to the Customer. In case of default in the payment of Daily and monthly rentals (including late fee), Jagizmo have the right to deduct such rental dues from the Security Deposit and may at its sole discretion refund or forfeit the remaining balance of the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit shall not include any monthly rental. The Customer cannot request for the monthly invoice dues to be adjusted from the Security Deposit.
Jagizmo Partner provides its Customers with an option to replacement the Products taken on rental basis on the following terms and conditions:
Time taken for replacement of the Product shall be 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the request by Jagizmo. Subject to the availability of the new Product requested by the Customer and replacement option shall be available only for the Products of the same category only.
Jagizmo partner once product rented or Jagizmo membership once purchased, cannot be cancelled in the effective period of the rented or membership.
Business day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday) when banks in India are open for business. The amount and purpose of the security deposit, including the conditions for its return. Every month Jagizmo will issue an invoice on the date the product is rented. Payment is due seven working days after the date of rental of every month. A payment made beyond the Due Date will be charged the per-day rental cost of that product, if not paid then same which will be deducted from the security deposit. Customer shall pay the rental charge as per the invoice raised and mailed to the Customer’s registered e-mail address. In case of order expiry or termination or early cancellation, the last month rental shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis until the date of pickup of the Product from Customer.
The Customer shall make all payments to Jagizmo Mobile App only. Jagizmo shall not be liable for any payment made to any broker/third party by the Customer. The Customer agrees that Jagizmo Partner shall have the right to reach out to the Customer’s relatives, friends, employer, and offices and shall inform them about the Customer’s default. The Customer hereby agrees that, Jagizmo shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused to the Customer for such action by Jagizmo Partner.
The Customer shall give immediate written notice to Jagizmo in the event of any loss, accident or damage to the Equipment arising out of or in connection with the Customer’s possession or use of the Equipment. The Customer hereby agrees that any damage caused to the Product or theft (including disappearance) or loss, shall be liable towards repair and replacement cost of the Product. In the event, the Product is stolen or damaged beyond repair, the Customer shall be liable to pay Jagizmo Partner the market price of the Product. The extent of damage will be ascertained by comparing against the quality control document signed by the Customer and the photographs taken on delivery and return pickup day. Jagizmo Partner shall ascertain the extent of the damage and applicable penalty for such damage on the receipt of the Products from the Customer. In the event, it is found that in any Product, any substandard parts are used, or repair carried out by any person not authorized by Jagizmo partner, then a penalty may be levied as per the policy of Jagizmo. Any removal, alteration, disfiguring or cover up any numbers, lettering, or insignia displayed on any Product shall be considered as a damage to the Product and shall be chargeable against the Customer. A damage claim report shall be sent to the Customer’s registered e-mail address.
Products delivered to the Customer will be maintained by Jagizmo Partner in accordance with free of cost, for the entire duration of the Agreement or on request from the Customer. The Customer has to pay as per the standard rate for the product if any repairs are carried out during the agreement. In the event, the issue is not resolved during repair, Jagizmo Partner shall provide a replacement for the Product.
On receipt of the order and the Security Deposit, Jagizmo confirm the order with the Customer by sending a confirmation to the registered e-mail address of the Customer Or SMS. In the event, any product selected by the Customer is unavailable, Jagizmo shall inform the same to the Customer. Jagizmo reserves the right to replace any product selected by the Customer in the event of unavailability. The Customer shall be provided with an option to either accept or deny such substitution at the time of confirming the order. Payment of the Security Deposit shall not be considered as the valid contract.
The order raised by the Customer shall be processed subject to successful verification of the KYC and serviceability of the Customer location as per Jagizmo Policy. In case the KYC verification is not successful, or the location is not serviceable by Jagizmo, Jagizmo reserves the right to reject the Customer’s order any time prior to delivery, at its sole discretion without assigning any reason even after successful KYC or serviceability of the location. The Customer authorizes Jagizmo to verify all the details provided by him/her.
Once the Customer confirms the order, any dismantling, packaging, and transportation are the Jagizmo Partner responsibility. Jagizmo Partner shall deliver the Products to the location specified by the Customer. The cost of the delivery shall be borne by customer. The Customer shall be present at the location at the time of delivery agreed between Jagizmo Partner and the Customer. In case the Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and customer the same shall be communicated to Jagizmo prior to the delivery. In case the Customer is not present or has not assigned a representative for taking delivery, at the location and a second delivery attempt is required, Jagizmo shall charge an extra delivery cost to the Customer. Jagizmo partner shall inspect the quality and ensure that the Products are working and in usable condition before the delivery of the Products to the Customer. The Customer or its appointed representative shall inspect the Products for any damage and quality during the time of delivery. In case any Product is damaged during transit or unfit for use, Jagizmo Partner shall replace the same at its own cost and in case a replacement is not required, such damage shall be noted in the delivery receipt and a photo of the same shall be taken for record. In case any claim of damage is brought against the Product after the acceptance of delivery by the Customer, Jagizmo shall not be responsible towards replacing the Product and shall levy a damage to be ascertained as per the damage policy.The Customer shall ensure the entry of delivery vehicle inside the premises where the delivery location is situated and ensure that prior permission is obtained for the use of elevator of the building, for delivery of the Products to the location.
In case the Customer wishes to relocate or remove the Product(s) from the registered address, Customer need to pre close the old order and require to place new order of same product from that category through Jagizmo App prior to the date the Customer wishes to relocate the Product along with the address proof of the new address. Once the request is raised, Jagizmo Partner shall remove or relocate the Product through its personnel only with relocate charges as per the mutually decided date with the Customer. Relocation shall be subject to successful verification of the KYC of the Customer’s new address and serviceability of the new location. In the event, the location is not serviceable by Jagizmo, the same shall be treated as an early closure of the Agreement as per Tenure Policy.
Jagizmo reserves the right to inspect the Product delivered to the Customer. Jagizmo Partner shall provide reasonable prior intimation to the Customer regarding the visit for inspection of its representative to avoid any inconvenience to the Customer. The Customer shall ensure that the representative of Jagizmo Partner is provided with proper access to all the Products/premises for inspection.
In the event, the Customer does not wish to extend the rental period beyond the Agreement date, the Agreement shall terminate on last day of the rental term.
Jagizmo shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in the following events; default of payment of rental dues or any other payment dues by the Customer; or breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any outstanding charges or fees incurred up to the date of termination.
The Jagizmo Parties shall have the right to terminate the Partner/Merchant Services Terms by written notice to the other party if such party breaches any representation, warranty, covenant, or any term of these Partner Services Terms or fails to comply with any material rules or procedures required by these merchant Services.
Jagizmo partners is responsible for maintaining the products, and for providing them to customers for a fee. Customers are generally only paying for the right to use the product for a specified period of time, and do not have any ownership rights to the product itself. Shall at all times retain title to and / or be the beneficial owners of the Products delivered to the Customer. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a transfer of ownership of the Products to the Customer.
The Customer shall not assign or transfer any interest in this Agreement or the Products without the written consent of Jagizmo. Any such transfer or assignment shall be considered as illegal and hence a violation of the terms of this Agreement.
The Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold Jagizmo partner harmless from and against any claim, demand, cause of action or loss or liability (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and costs) for any Product damage or personal injury arising from the Customer’s use of the Product by any cause, except to the extent such is caused by Jagizmo partner negligence shall survive the termination of this Agreement with respect to any claim or liability accruing before such termination. In no event shall Jagizmo be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of Customer’s use of the Products.
The Governing Jagizmo, without reference to conflict of law rules, govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts. The jurisdiction that will govern any disputes arising under the agreement.
This Agreement (together with the Annexure) constitutes the entire agreement between Jagizmo and the Customer and Merchant/Partners. The acceptance of this Agreement also signifies the acceptance of the Customer, to the terms and conditions on the Jagizmo Mobile Application. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions on the Jagizmo mobile App (including privacy policy) and this Agreement, the terms and conditions on the Jagizmo mobile App shall supersede. The Jagizmo reserves the right to amend the terms and condition of this Agreement and on the website from time to time, the customer is requested to check the website for update of terms and conditions.
By using the Platform, you agree and grant permission to Jagizmo to receive promotional and transactional SMS and e-mails from Jagizmo or allied partners. In case you wish to opt out of receiving either promotional or transactional SMS or email please send a mail to support@jagizmo.com.
You understand and agree that the use of the Services does not include the provision of a computer or mobile device or other necessary equipment to access it. You also understand and acknowledge that the use of the Platform requires internet connectivity and telecommunication links. You shall bear the costs incurred to access and use the Platform and avail the Services, and we shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be responsible or liable for such costs. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: All registration information you submit is truthful, lawful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. Your use of the Platform shall be solely for your personal use and you shall not authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address and that you are solely responsible for all content published or displayed through your account, including any email messages, and your interactions with other users and you shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations, including those related to data privacy, international communications and the transmission of technical or personal data.
We may list your name, website, and other general contact information on the JAGIZMO Mobile App. If you provide to us or our affiliates any trademark, service mark, trade name, other proprietary logo or insignia, URL, domain name, or other source or business identifier, or any other text, images, audio, video, or other content (excluding software) (“Your Materials”), then you grant to us and our affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, and non-transferrable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and translate all or any part of Your Materials in connection with the Program. You will ensure you have all rights necessary to grant to JAGIZMO and its affiliates the rights described in this. Jagizmo may make reasonable, minor changes to Your Materials, such as resizing or reformatting Your Materials. As between the parties, you own and reserve all right, title, and interest in and to Your Materials.
Jagizmo only provides a technology platform that connects intending rental User with Rental business Merchant. It doesn’t operate any Rental store or offer the service of rent to the User. Jagizmo also doesn’t act as an agent of any rental operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services. Rental Materials booking which Jagizmo issues to a User solely based on the information provided or updated by the Rental partner operator regarding the rent availability. The Materials, services, fares, schedule, availability and any other details pertaining to the Rental service are provided by the respective Rental business Partner operator and Jagizmo has no control over such information provided by the Rental partner.
In its role as a technology platform to enable transactions between the Rental Merchant operators and the Users, Jagizmo shall not be responsible for the operations of the Rental partners operator including, but not limited to the following:
In no event shall Jagizmo / Business Partner be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data of any kind in connection with use of the Products, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement Jagizmo total liability to Customer.
In addition to other limitations and exclusions in Jagizmo's conditions of use and sale, in no event will we or our directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to Jagizmo. our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last membership fee you paid. These exclusions and limitations of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your Jagizmo membership.
The limitations in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. These terms and conditions are co-extensive and concurrent with jagizmo other terms and conditions and the privacy policy listed on this platform. As such, all other terms and conditions listed herein before shall also be applicable to this Jagizmo membership and the same need not be expressly repeated herein.
The Jagizmo Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to amend or modify these Terms without any prior permission or intimation to the User or by posting a revised version on the Jagizmo App, and the User expressly agrees that any such amendments or modifications shall come into effect immediately. By continuing to participate in the Program after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. It is your responsibility to check the App regularly for modifications to these Terms. We last modified these Terms on the date listed at the beginning of these Terms. We may also change or discontinue all or any part of the Program or process at any time in our sole discretion. Jagizmo reserves the right to cancel any orders completely or partially before delivery without prior information & in such scenarios, we'll initiate the refund process for the deposit amount and the Customer will receive it in their source account within 7-21 working days.
All communications and notices made or given pursuant to these Terms must be in the English language. If we provide a translation of the English language version of these Terms or any applicable Additional Terms, the English language version will control if there is any conflict.
If any of these Terms of Use should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction where that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining Terms of Use shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our sole discretion We may send you an email, or other communication related to Jagizmo Membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Jagizmo account). You may not transfer or assign your Jagizmo Membership or any Jagizmo benefits, except as allowed in these Terms. From time to time, we may choose in our sole discretion to add or remove Jagizmo Membership benefits. Jagizmo reserves the right to offer this Jagizmo membership in selected cities. Jagizmo Membership feature is available only on the App or the portal.
Jagizmo may use mechanisms that rate, or allow customers to rate, your products or services, and may make these ratings publicly available.
